Parsley and Garlic, A Must Have In the Fridge

I always keep a container of this mix in the fridge as a condiment for many savory dishes. It will last for weeks in the fridge and always handy when you want to add a delicious little punch to your dishes. It’s easy to make and it’s packed with healthy nutrients from three main ingredients.

Garlic and Parsley Olive Oil Condiment

Chopped garlic and parsley drenched in olive oil
Prep Time 30 minutes
Course: Appetizer, Main Course

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches parsley small to medium
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 to 1 cup olive oil

Method
 

  1. Chop or mince garlic
  2. Chop parsley
  3. Mix both garlic and parsley in a container to be stored in
  4. Pour olive oil to the top of the mixture and blend with a knife to coat all mixture
  5. Cover and refrigerate until use.

Notes

You can add this mix to soups, savory pies, vegetables and stews.  Place a tablespoon or two in a bowl and add more oil to brush on chicken or beef roasts.
