Method
- Chop or mince garlic
- Chop parsley
- Mix both garlic and parsley in a container to be stored in
- Pour olive oil to the top of the mixture and blend with a knife to coat all mixture
- Cover and refrigerate until use.
Notes
You can add this mix to soups, savory pies, vegetables and stews. Place a tablespoon or two in a bowl and add more oil to brush on chicken or beef roasts.
